This Terms of Service Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between:The Client, defined as any individual or entity enrolling in or purchasing our educational courses or services, as identified in the registration, invoice, or agreement with us, andCollector Connoisseur LLC (Company), a Wyoming LLC located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801. By enrolling in our courses, such as, but not limited to The Fundamentals of Collecting Contemporary Art, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Company provides online and in-person educational courses & consulting services focused on art collecting, including but not limited to The Fundamentals of Collecting Contemporary Art, which includes sessions, videos, community access, and related materials (collectively,Services).
This Agreement begins on the date you enroll in or purchase a course and continues until the course is completed or terminated as outlined in this Agreement.
Payment for courses must be made in full in advance or via an agreed-upon payment plan using credit card or ACH transfer.All payments are in US Dollars (USD).If you select a payment plan, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your provided payment method until the full course fee is paid. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the course.
We offer a Love It or Leave It Guarantee for The Fundamentals of Collecting Contemporary Art. If, after completing program you are not satisfied with the value provided, you may request a refund.
To qualify you must complete the entire course, including all sessions and activities, as verified by the Company. After, submit a written refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, detailing why the course did not meet your expectations. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval to the original payment method minus a 5% fee to cover the payment processing costs associated with refunds. The Company reserves the right to deny refunds if conditions are not met or if abuse is suspected.
All course materials, including the Collector Connoisseur Toolkit, videos, and resources, are proprietary and copyrighted by Collector Connoisseur LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell these materials without explicit written permission. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
For 12 months after completing or terminating your participation in our Services, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or hire any employee, contractor, or participant of the Company for competing educational services.
While our courses are designed to provide valuable education and tools for art collecting, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as financial appreciation of art purchases or successful acquisitions. Art market outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control. Please review our Disclaimer for further details.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collector Connoisseur LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of our Services.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class action lawsuits may be brought against the Company.
All interactions with our Services, including emails, community posts, or support calls, may be recorded and stored for quality assurance and record-keeping. You consent to electronic record-keeping.
This Agreement may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent. The Company may only assign this Agreement without contsent in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
By enrolling in our courses or using our Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. Electronic enrollment or payment constitutes a legally binding acceptance under applicable laws, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN).
